The Challenge
Defteroui is a Cyprus based brand specialising in diaries, planners, stationery, and gift items. As an early stage brand, the goal was to establish a warm and trustworthy visual identity that reflects creativity, personal organisation, and a strong connection to Cyprus’ local character.

The Solution
The concept was developed around local symbolism. The Cyprus cyclamen, a flower native to the island, was used as the main reference and combined with the open shape of a notebook to create a logo that feels personal, functional, and approachable. To support both local and broader communication, the logo system was designed in English and Cypriot Greek. The color palette draws from Cyprus’ natural environment, using olive green inspired by the landscape, warm beige referencing paper, and black representing ink.
